As I always been honest when reviewing goods and services, I've only awarded 4* to this company because I have to consider the entire 2+ years of experience and not just the recent new manager (Denise) they have recruited to manage the development who is the best property manager I know (Sorry James, you're good but she's better!) The best and most important factor to note about this company as a whole, is the absolute ease and direct line of communication one can have with their management company. In my experience, with many management companies, you are just a number, and sometimes a nuisance, if you try to contact them with a problem. Not this company. All the times I've contacted them, they have always answered my calls/text/email, and take the raised issues seriously. The corresponding action will depend on how immediate the response needs to be, and balancing that with the a perhaps significantly higher cost than a next day response. This is particularly important if you are a small development with a limited budget. The reason for the 1 star drop is how stretched they were in the staffing, noticeably after the 1st year, but that has now changed since August 2025 when they recruited the new manager Denise Fowler for this area (West London). Denise is highly customer focused, efficient, understanding, incredibly helpful, so easy to deal with and she listens! She engages with all the residents, visits often (sometimes to inspect and assess the property and others to meet with residents who asks for assistance), prompt with her responses and even takes calls out of hours or during her days off (which she shouldn't!). We have a no. of elderly residents who truly find her approach refreshing and reassuring. She goes well above and beyond her duties. She is the reason why I am writing this review.
